A newly built mineral water bottling factory is for sale - Ouagadougou

A newly built mineral water bottling factory (240 m2) is for sale with its own newly drilled high-yield water well (more than 400 litres/minute) in Hajdúszoboszló, Hungary's world-famous pleasure resort. The water's total mineral content is 546 mg/l with a pH of 7.8.

The building itself is situated on a large 1300 m2 plot and also includes service areas (office, changing rooms, social areas and an apartment 100 m2 . It has excellent accessibility by road and rail, with automated gates and paved roads inside the property.

The factory is equipped with a brand new automated cleaning and filling station for 19 litre bottles with a capacity of 300 bottles/hour, and has all necessary permits for production and sale of bottled mineral water according to EU regulations.

In case of purchase the current management staff agrees to continue operation of the factory.
